Teacher Grant Application
Bellaire High School PTO brings parents, teachers, and staff together to benefit the students, the campus, and the entire BHS community. One of the largest items in our budget is for our Teacher Grant Program. These grants - intended to support innovative and creative ideas that provide all of our students with enhanced learning opportunities - have allowed for the upgrade of software and classroom equipment, brought in guest speakers and special instructors, and purchased welding and sewing machines. Despite the title of the program, any and all BHS staff may apply, not just teachers. Since the PTO began funding these grants in 1996, we have awarded over $400,000!
If you have an innovative idea that contributes to enhance learning opportunities for our students, we encourage you to apply. Grants are awarded up to a maximum amount of $3,000. When completing your Teacher Grant Application, please remember the following requirements:

- If applicable, requests need to have already gone through the appropriate department funding process.
- All items purchased shall become property of Bellaire High School.
- Individual names should not be included on any of the items requested.
- Team uniforms/attire are not eligible for this program.

- All receipts need to be submitted by TBA.
